Present at the 2011 Conference

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2011 NBPTS Conference! Here are the dates you need to know:

Proposal submission deadline – September 15, 2010
Presenter notifications – November 2010
Sessions posted on NBPTS.org – January 2011
2011 NBPTS Conference – July 28-30, 2011 (Pre-conference sessions on July 27-28, conference kick-off afternoon of July 28)

In planning your proposal, please read the 2011 NBPTS Conference Strands before preparing your submission. Each submission must apply to one of the five strands in order to be considered for the conference.

As you prepare your presentation proposal, please also review our Scoring Criteria information.

Please consult the full Presenter Guidelines for all details on presenting before submitting your proposal.

Presentations are 75 minutes long, including introduction, time for questions, etc. Please be sure your presentation can meet this time frame, as we must stay on schedule so every attendee gets to go to as many sessions as possible.

Please note, if you have a co-presenter, the lead presenter will be the main source of communication.

All conference-related expenses, including registration, travel, lodging, and meals are the individual presenter's or co-presenter's responsibility.

All proposals must be submitted via PDF (download the form below) through the online submission form (link below). NBPTS is not responsible for incomplete forms and any inability to contact potential presenters with incomplete information. Please be very thorough in filling out your form, and be sure not to put any personal identifiable information on the PDF itself. All personal contact information will be submitted through the online form before attaching your PDF. Questions about the process may be directed to conference@nbpts.org.
