What Do I Get in DC?

Wondering what you get if you attend the full conference in person in Washington DC? The full conference price of $295 for early bird registrants* includes:

  • A stellar line up of high-powered speakers and teacher-led sessions with hands-on training you can use in your classroom starting at 1:30 on Thursday, July 28 through the end of the Wavelength comedy troupe Saturday night.
  • Two breakfasts and two lunches.
  • Two evening receptions.
  • Access post-conference to all recordings from the virtual conference, including all general sessions, 10 concurrent sessions, and any additional recorded content provided to virtual conference attendees.
  • The chance to visit with old friends and make new ones.

 

What else is available?

  • Register for the pre-conference workshops, held on Wednesday and Thursday morning, for $100 in addition to your conference registration** and you'll get to choose from a variety of workshops ranging from a one and a half day leadership training to three different sessions on a variety of topics, including popular training from Meg Ormiston on technology and the teacher leader.
  • Register for the CSP tranining pre-conference workshop for $200 in addition to your conference registration** and you will receive the training that normally costs thousands of dollars to bring to your district--plus breakfast and lunch both days.
  • Start your conference with a visit to your congressional representatives with Hill Day.

 

*Must register by May 31, 2011 - starting June 1, 2011, the regular conference registration fee of $325 is in effect.

**Pre-conference workshops without conference registration are $150; CSP training without conference registration is $250 - CSP training provides breakfast both days for the additional fee.
