This certificate is appropriate for teachers who teach students ages 11-15 and who know the full range of the school language arts curriculum, including reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Important Note: 
A new edition of the English Language Arts Standards (3rd edition) has been published. If you are a first-time candidate beginning the certification process in 2014-15, please use these revised standards linked below.  
2013-14 retake candidates should continue to use the version of the standards on which their first submission was based.
