  1. How do I access my score results on the Web?
  2. Score results will be released online via your My Profile account at www.nbpts.org/myprofile. Simply login with your User Name and Password and select Scores.

  3. I can't login to My Profile to access my scores. What should I do?
  4.

NBPTS recently implemented system upgrades that require users to re-register in order to update their account. The re-registration process requires that you:

    • Access My Profile and login using your existing User Name and Password (DO NOT create a new account!).
    • If you have forgotten your User Name and/or Password, reset your Password and retrieve your User Name by selecting the Forgot User Name or Forgot Password link.
    • Then answer one question about your profession and crete responses to two security questions. This is necessary to help validate your account should you forget your User Name or Password in the future.

  5. What do I do if I attempt to access my results and experience difficulty?
  6. Please allow some time and try again. There may be certain peak periods when heavy demands on the Web server may affect connectivity. If you receive connectivity or "page not found" messages, these may represent delays caused by heavy demands on the server or scheduled maintenance on the database. They are not indicators that the Web site is down.

  7. Is a printed version of my score report available?
  8. Yes. Once scores are released, there are links from the Scores page of My Profile to print your score report, score report details, and your notification letter. This information will remain accessible in My Profile so you may print as many copies as you wish, free of charge.
