New Voices, New Visions: Teaching for Tomorrow, Today

Join fellow educators at the 2009 NBPTS Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, July 15–18, 2009.

National Board Certified Teachers (NBCTs), Take One! participants and other education stakeholders from across the country will gather in Atlanta to learn what is working in classrooms and in schools, hear from education leaders, improve candidate support and network with peers.

Pre-conference workshops begin Wednesday, July 15. Conference sessions kick off the afternoon of Thursday, July 16, and continue through the afternoon of Saturday, July 18. Sessions will be set in strands based on the NBPTS Five Core Propositions. Strands are:

• Engaging Students and Families in Learning
• Knowledge + Instructional Strategies = Learning
• Monitoring Learning, Measuring Progress
• Reflecting and Collaborating for Success
• Leading Beyond the Classroom
