Set the Date

To schedule your assessment center appointment, please call:

Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EDT (excluding holidays) 

Changes to Your Appointment

Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. You may pay the $50 rescheduling fee online.
Cancellations – Please note that by canceling your appointment, you will also rescind your eligibility for the testing in the year which you apply.
Reinstatement – If you miss or cancel your appointment, you must pay a $175 fee to reinstate your candidacy. This fee can be paid online. Please allow 3-5 business days for your eligibility to be reinstated.
Deferment of Retake Exercises - Retake candidates must pay a $125 fee for each exercise deferred. Note that candidates in their last year of eligibility cannot defer. 
Change of Specialty Area – Changes to your specialty area can only be made prior to scheduling an assessment center appointment, and no later than the deadline for making changes to your selected certificate or specialty area. There is a $75 fee associated with a specialty area change.
