Rachelle Moore, NBCT

Rachelle Moore is a National Board Certification in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts/Early and Middle Childhood. She teaches first grade at Madrona K-8 in Seattle, Washington, where she has taught for five years. She is currently serving second year as a mentor with the Seattle Teacher Residency. Moore serves in numerous district leadership positions, including as a mentor and demonstration teacher and as a member of her school’s Building Leadership and school improvement team.  She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s in Teaching from the University of Washington.
